Living Faith Tennis FAQs
Quick answers for families joining the Living Faith tennis program.
Who can enrol in the Living Faith tennis program?
The program is open to current Living Faith Lutheran Primary students only.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains, we will try to use the sports hall if it is available.
If the hall is not available, we will notify parents by SMS as soon as possible.
If rain interrupts a lesson, coaches will take students to a sheltered area and provide duty of care. For morning classes, students may return to school supervision if appropriate.
What if my child cannot make a lesson?
Please email info@matchpoint.net.au as soon as you can.
If enough notice is given, or an unforeseen circumstance comes up, we can offer a makeup option.
What if I join mid-term?
Your term fee will be pro-rata’d based on when your child joins.
Do I need the Matchpoint membership?
Yes. All regular lesson players need a Matchpoint membership.
The membership helps cover insurance. It also gives families cheaper court hire rates at Matchpoint North Lakes and access to the Tennis Australia Hot Shots Crew.
The fee is $40 for the year if a player joins in Term 1. It is reduced by $10 each term for players who join later.
How can I claim my Tennis Australia Hot Shots shirt?
New tennis players can claim a free Hot Shots shirt through Tennis Australia.
Visit the Hot Shots Crew website. Select Matchpoint Tennis as the coaching company and Greg Smith as the Head Coach.
Once the shirt arrives at Matchpoint, our coaches will give it to your child. Shirts can take 3+ weeks to arrive.
