Quick answers to common questions about choosing the right Matchpoint coaching venue.
Which venue should I choose?
Choose the venue that best suits your location, schedule and child’s level. North Lakes offers the broadest Matchpoint pathway, while school-based programs are often the most convenient for families already attending that school.
Can my child attend a school program if they do not attend that school?
Some school-based programs may be limited to students of that school. Check the school-specific program page or contact our team if you are unsure.
What if I know my child’s colour ball level?
Select the most suitable venue and view the available classes. If you are unsure between two levels, use our “Where Should My Child Start?” guide or contact our team.
What if the class I want is full?
Some programs have waitlists or alternative class options. Contact our team and we can help recommend the next best option.
